Back in September 2022, the previous HR told us that due to the feedback from workers on the “shoddy “green uniform tops, Respect would most likely replace them and that samples would be sent to employees to look over and try on.
Communications were then sent to you back in January and October 2023 saying that samples were on their way, but no one has ever seen them. It has become a bit of a pipe dream that you will in fact ever get new uniforms to replace the faded, torn, non-fitting uniforms you are currently wearing.
Disappointingly, HR’s response to our question has been a vague promise of “more detailed communication” on uniforms in the coming weeks – and if there are any outstanding questions following that communication, you can contact them for answers.
We won’t hold our breath, but hopefully, Respect will give more accurate information on the uniform circus that has become beyond a mockery.
