The Calvary nurses agreement was narrowly voted up last week.
Well done to each and every one of you who voted down the agreement.
While this was not the result we were looking for, make no mistake: the concessions that we were able to achieve in this agreement were all due to the action nurses took at Calvary – including you taking stop work action.
The agreement includes the following:
• 3% wage increases
• New workload guidelines
• Increases to night shift penalties
We will let you know once the agreement has been registered and when you can anticipate backpay.
