Prior to the snap 2024 Tasmanian State Election, HACSU Secretary Robbie Moore, alongside leading medical professionals, revives the public call for the new government to make the public health sector the number one priority.

Key issues outlined were bed block, insufficient staffing, as well as steps to address the critical underfunding of staff, leading to problems retaining and recruiting staff.
