Well done: you’ve really shown the power you have in sticking together and having your say.
Now we’ll work on setting up meetings with THC’s management reps as soon as we can in the new year to get bargaining back on track and push them to agree to give you better pay and the Sunday penalties that you deserve.
We’ll be out at your work over the next few weeks to chat more with you and let you know about where we go from here.
We hope you have a safe and happy Christmas and New Year period, and hopefully you get to spend some time with your loved ones and families.
We’ll be open for advice in the break from 10am–2pm on 27–29 December, and back to normal hours in the new year, so if you’ve got any questions make sure you give HACSUassist a call on 1300 880 032 or email

Negotiating an enterprise agreement is supposed to leave you better than the Award, and it looks like we’ll be fighting tooth and nail to make sure that’s the case. Together if we stay united and stand up to their tactics, we can make sure that you’re better off.
