We’re inviting all of our members and supporters to join us on Saturday 11 May to celebrate May Day.
May Day is International Workers’ Day, a time to celebrate the achievements of workers and their unions that make our workplaces and communities better and fairer places for us all. This is an inclusive, family-friendly event for the whole union family!
On the day, we’ll get together behind the CPSU office on Victoria Street (look out for the HACSU flags) and march loud and proud around the CBD. After the parade, there’ll be free BBQ, coffee and ice cream for everyone and plenty of free and fun activities for the kids, including games, balloon artistry, face painting, and an animal show!
